Change has to start at the top! Boards and senior management are more aware that social media is here to stay and can greatly benefit their companies, shareholders and employees. Yet many are still very hesitant to go all-in.
Understanding that budgets are not what they used to be and teams are stretched, we can lessen the anxiety of something new, and implement a plan that captures the power of social media without adding any additional burden.

A study by Stanford University’s Rock Center for Corporate Governance, in conjunction with The Conference Board:
“The majority of those we surveyed don’t have social media guidelines in place at their companies, haven’t had a social media expert consult with their company, and don’t have systems in place for gathering key information. They are putting themselves at serious risk by not taking action…”
